Who Can Apply: Student applying for this program must be African-American and currently enrolled full-time at Southern University of New Orleans, Xavier University of LA or Dillard University. Students in Art related majors are highly encouraged to apply.
Submission: For full award consideration for the 2017-2018 academic year, students must complete the online application along with two to three page essay (double spaced) and a current transcript. Applicants must also invite one reference to submit a recommendation online.
