Who Can Apply: This scholarship is for students attending the Hyde Park, Greystone or San Antonio campuses in the AOS or AAS Culinary Arts Program. You must have filed a FAFSA and have demonstrated financial need and be in good academic standing.In addition, you must submit a letter of recommendation and an essay.
- A 500 word essay describing your educational and professional goals as they relate to sustainability innovation, as well as Bivale Shellfish such as mussels, clams and Oysters.
- Please provide a letter of recommendation from a faculty member, your current job site or your externship which speaks to your interest in sustainability. It is your responsibility to inform your reference that this is to be submitted on the $HEF site, of the deadline date, and that the document must be either a .pdf or .doc format.
