Who Can Apply:
- Be a high school senior in Texas who will pursue post-secondary education in a university or community college, or;
- Be a college student in Texas with at least 12 credit hours per semester and continuously progressing toward a four-year degree;
- Be a resident of Texas;
- Have leadership qualities and be dedicated to pursuing post-secondary education.
Submission: The student is required to write an essay to qualify for the scholarship. The essay tackles the importance of college education despite the vast resources that you can get from the Internet. Participants are expected to write a maximum of 800 words for each essay.
