Several states allow the use of medical marijuana for people with certain medical conditions, and Colorado and Washington State have gone so far as to allow the recreational use of the drug for adults who are over 21. While there are many arguments on both sides of the marijuana debate, proponents of legal marijuana often point to increased economic activity and tax revenues as a positive result, while opponents counter with arguments highlighting the dangers of drug addiction”.
