Who Can Apply: This fund shall be used to make scholarship grants to students enrolled at the University of Wyoming. To be eligible for this scholarship award an applicant must also be a Native American with tribal registration and have attended school on a reservation.
The DONOR intends that all the scholarship funds be used to aid low-income students.
