Who Can Apply:
· Must be a permanent resident of the greater Philadelphia, PA region.
· Must have demonstrated involvement in the sport of hockey.
· Must have a reference or a recommendation from a coach, faculty member, a school administrator, or a community leader who affirms the student’s participation in hockey and exemplary leadership qualities.
· Black/African American
· Possess a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
· Be enrolled as a full-time, first-year college student at an HBCU or other 4-year accredited college or university or an accredited trade school.
