Who Can Apply: Applicants to the TE Connectivity African Heritage Scholarship Program must:
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Self-identify as Black or African American or multiracial*
- Be enrolling as college sophomores for the 2021-2022 academic year
- Be willing to accept a 2022 summer paid internship with TE Connectivity**
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
- Be majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Technology
- Be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university (in the U.S.) planning to continue full-time enrollment for the entire upcoming academic year
Submission:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken
- A copy of the latest 1040 tax filing
