Who Can Apply:
- Must be a minority student who attends one of the UNCF Member Institutions.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited major. Preference will be given for the following majors: Criminal Justice, Government,-History, Political Science and Social Science.
- Must file a FAFSA and demonstrate financial need as determined by the applicant’s office of financial aid.
Submission:
· Complete the online application.
· Submit a current official or unofficial academic transcript.
· Submit an essay within this application that answers the following question. Congressman Lewis was a man of courage, a civil rights activist, and a human rights activist. Explain how you demonstrate the same characteristics as Congressman Lewis.
