Who Can Apply: The 2024-2025 Elaine B. Hancock Endowed Scholarship is open to African-American students at UNCF member institutions and/or Howard University. The determining criteria for the scholarship are as follows:
* Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
* College junior or senior attending eligible institutions as a full-time student.
* Have a financial need as verified by the Office of Financial Aid of the attending institution.
