Who Can Apply:
- Jonathan Gentile lived his life to the fullest, while supporting his friends and community as much as he could.
- Despite having died in a kayaking accident at the age of 37, his kindness and happy-go-lucky demeanor will live on forever through those he has impacted and through this scholarship. The Gentile Family believes that having a big heart is one of the most important things for the world right now. The Big Heart Scholarship will be given to a student based on their character, rather than GPA or athletic involvement, supporting students who put others first and are kind, inclusive, and spread joy.
- High school students are eligible to apply if they attend Bethel Park High School and have a big heart for helping others.
