Who Can Apply:
- Today’s students are often expected to produce the same outcomes despite having unequal opportunities.
- Many first-generation, low-income students are underprivileged due to their backgrounds, leading to limited extracurricular experience, less academic and professional guidance from parents, and inadequate financial resources when it comes time to pay for college.
- This scholarship seeks to support students who have faced challenges in their life so they have the help necessary to succeed in college.
- Any first-generation, low-income student who has at least a 3.0 GPA and is pursuing STEM at an HBCU may apply for this scholarship.
