Who Can Apply: TheMetLife Foundation Legacy Endowed Scholarship Programwas established by the MetLife Foundation to provide need-based scholarship support to college junior enrolled at US four-year HBCUs. Successful applicants must be currently pursuing a STEM, business, finance, or accounting degree, as a full-time student at a four-year HBCU.
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
- Complete a 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.
- Have a demonstrated, unmet financial need as verified by your college or university.
- Be enrolled full-time as acollege junior at time of award attending an accredited four-yearHBCU
- Be already pursuing a STEM, business, finance, or accounting degree

- A one page (maximum 300-word essay) personal statement of career interest related to their field of study.
