Trades offer not just jobs, but careers built on skill, pride, and purpose. In a time when traditional college paths are heavily promoted, the trades continue to prove that success can be found through hard work, hands on learning, and a commitment to building real things that last.
- At Brattican, we believe in the power of blue collar work. That’s why we created the Brattican Scholarship, to support students who are choosing the trades. This scholarship is meant to ease the financial burden for those entering fields like construction, electrical work, welding, HVAC, instrumentation, and other industrial and technical trades.
- Please Note: While we fully respect and value fields like cosmetology as important parts of the blue collar world, this scholarship is specifically geared toward students pursuing careers in industrial, mechanical, construction, or technical trades.
- Through this scholarship, we hope to encourage more young people to proudly take up the tools, wear their work like a badge of honor, and carry the trades forward with skill, heart, and resilience.
