Who Can Apply: Eligible applicants for the Etta Gray Memorial Scholarship Program must meet the following criteria:
1. Enroll full time at one of the following schools:
Tri-County Technical College; Greenville Technical College, York Technical College, Piedmont Technical College, Northeastern Technical College; Spartanburg Community College.
2. Maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA or better on a 4 scale.
3. Permanent residence in Upstate South Carolina, Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson , Mauldin or Easley
4. Pursue a technical certification in one of the following fields of study:
Computer Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, Network Administration or PC Programming.
Submission:
1. Provide validation of progress toward completion of the certificate
2. Current transcript
3. Autobiographical essay
