- Any gay or bisexual male high school senior or undergraduate or trade school freshman may apply for this scholarship opportunity if he is an American citizen between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five, has at least a 3.0 GPA and if he is pursuing studies in interior decorating, landscaping or gardening.
