Who Can Apply:
- Be high school seniors, GED holders and/or a person up to the age of 24 (including 24-year-olds)
- Be a resident of Colorado
- Be enrolled or plan to enroll in part-time (1-6 credit hours or equivalent) or full-time vocational-technical school during the upcoming academic year, including certification programs on nonstandard timelines
- Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
Submission: A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:

- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
Deadline: October 8, 2026
