Who Can Apply: This scholarship recognizes matriculated undergraduate students at Brockport who are accepted into a fall or spring Washington Semester Program. Students must be a junior or senior at time of participation, have completed 12 hours of political science or international studies courses prior to participation, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Students must document their financial need with a copy of their official financial aid award letter.
