Who Can Apply: Dr. Fernande Gard created this scholarship in memory of her brother. Dr. Gard was a retired Radford University Professor. She was recognized as a Professor Emerita in the department of Fashion Design. Upon her death she designated her estate to include the creation of this scholarship.
- Must demonstrate involvement in volunteer and community service activities prior to enrollment.
- Must be a non-traditional undergraduate student; part-time students considered.
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.2.
