Who Can Apply:
- Mental health struggles and the stigmatization of seeking help cut many lives short and tear families apart.
- Alexandria Raquel LaBron-Carter was a beloved niece, daughter, granddaughter, wife, sister and mother who passed away too soon due to suicide at the age of twenty-five, leaving behind her husband, twin daughters, family and a host of friends, as well as her dreams and ambitions. In her life, Alexandria deeply loved animals and had the goal of becoming a veterinarian.
- Alexandria is forever twenty-five and this scholarship aims to honor her life by supporting students who are passionate about pursuing higher education.
- Any high school senior from Arkansas who has at least a 3.0 GPA and is studying medicine and/or science may apply for this scholarship.
