Who Can Apply: This scholarship is open to students in all majors with demonstrated financial need. First preference is for students from the following Florida counties: Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Hendry, Glades, Highlands, Okeechobee, Saint Lucie, Osceola, Indian River, and Brevard. Second preference is for students from Florida.
