Who Can Apply: High school seniors, undergrads, and graduate students are welcome to apply. Applicant must be a resident of Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona or Nevada.
Submission: To apply, please submit an essay detailing how addiction has directly affected you. A winner will be chosen based on strength of essay and financial need.
Deadline: November 1 and July 1 of each year.
