- Students who are from underserved communities encounter many hurdles when it comes time to pursue higher education.
- From financial barriers to changing social environments to the pressure of figuring out one’s life plan, college is a time of turmoil and adaptation. These challenges can be particularly overwhelming for students who face additional societal barriers due to their race or identity.
- This scholarship aims to support underrepresented students at FVI in their pursuit of higher education. This scholarship provides vital financial assistance to help these students achieve their academic and career aspirations, fostering diversity and inclusion in their professional fields.
- Any African American, Caribbean, Hispanic, other minority undergraduate student currently attending FVI and pursuing healthcare may apply for this scholarship opportunity.
