Who Can Apply:
- Student graduating from Harbor Springs High School who will continue his/her education at a four-year college/university, community college, technical or vocational college.
- Selection based on achieving full academic potential; exhibiting a well balanced academic, social and spiritual lifestyle.
- Financial need will be taken into account and will be a deciding factor with applicants of equal qualities.
