Who Can Apply:
- Graduating high school seniors from Cass City High School, Cass City, MI or surrounding areas (currently set at 15 miles)
- Planning to enroll in nursing or related medical fields at an accredited two- or four-year college or university or vocational technical school.
Submission: A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:

- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
