Who Can Apply:
- High school seniors who currently attend Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial High School; and are,
- Planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in the United States for the entire upcoming academic year.
Submission: A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:

- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
