- Autumn Leah was a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt who passed away at the age of just eighteen due to injuries sustained in a car accident.
- Autumn was a bright and kind young lady who was loved by many. When she passed, she was a senior in high school and an honor roll student who worked part-time and attended Johnson College for welding technology. Autumn was focused on her career and was ready to go to work in her field right out of high school. She had already earned her D1.1 certification in welding and was on her way to a bright career.
- This scholarship seeks to carry on Autumn Leah’s name and legacy by supporting students who demonstrate her values, goals, and drive for success.
- Any high school senior or trade school student who is pursuing welding may apply for this scholarship opportunity. However, first-generation students and female applicants are preferred.
