Who Can Apply: The family and friends of Basil Blizzard, IV established this scholarship in his memory. The nonrenewable scholarship is being offered to a Huber Heights Wayne High School graduate (including students enrolled at the MVCTC) to further his/her studies at an accredited technical school, junior college, community college or four-year college or university.
