Who Can Apply: Awarded to students who live in the city of Ojai or San Buenaventura and are enrolling at an accredited 4-year college or university, to further their career as a music teacher or performance in music. Applicants must have a demonstrated interest and involvement in music. Prior recipients may re-apply for consideration in successive years.
