Many students look to teachers and coaches for mentorship and guidance, especially when it comes to sports like wrestling, as students may not have many other adults to turn to for advice.
- This scholarship aims to honor the memory of Brian Shaw by supporting students who share his calling to wrestling.
- Any high school senior in Durham, Chico, Sacramento, Redding, Corning, Redbluff, or Paradise, California, may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they have wrestled in high school and if they will wrestle in college at a two or four-year university.
