Who Can Apply: The Brice Simpson Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honor Lt. Brice Simpson, Air Force. Brice was a student that showed exemplary traits as a soldier and a person. He was a student of Fern Creek Junior Marine Corps ROTC program. He believed in honor, loyalty, integrity, and discipline. Specifically, this fund was designed to provide scholarship assistance in the form of grants to help defray college or university expenses to an outstanding senior within a Junior Marine Corps ROTC unit.
