Who Can Apply: California Retired Teachers Association, Division 16 Scholarship benefits students preparing to enter a career in education… who have attended Shasta College for two years. The scholarship is based on financial need and available to students with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and involved in extracurricular activities transferring to a 4-year college.
