Who Can Apply: This scholarship was created to provide awards to graduating students from any high school in Iosco County. (Home-schooled students who are residents of Iosco County may also apply.) Preference may be given to students planning to major in the field of Music, Writing, Performing Arts, or Education.
- Applicant must be a graduating senior.
- Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Iosco County.
- Applicant must have a minimum 2.6 GPA.
