Who Can Apply:
- Carolyn Hillis was a lover of music and travel. She was an educator for many years. Carolyn believed that music is a universal language.
- In her free time, she loved taking her granddaughter to the opera and the theatre to share her love for music. Carolyn believed that everyone should be encouraged to pursue music because it’s an emotional outlet and puts instruments into the hands of young people instead of guns or drugs.
