Who Can Apply: The Charles Hildreth Kelso Scholarship will allocate two scholarships to a deserving African American graduating senior student from Glenville High School and Collinwood High School, both in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

• African American
• Enrolling full-time at an accredited non-profit educational institution
• Majoring in education
• Minimum 2.5 GPA unweighted
