Who Can Apply: This scholarship fund was established by the Educational Trust of the Inner City Protestant Parish to provide scholarship support for deserving individuals to further and/or complete their formal education.
• Cleveland resident
• High school senior or adult up to age 28
• Enrolled or enrolling full-time at an accredited non-profit educational institution
• GPA between 2.0 and 3.3
• Financial need
