Who Can Apply: This scholarship is available to Larimer County students who have the potential to succeed but who may not have attained sufficient academic achievement to place them in a position to receive other scholarships.
At least two awards of $5,000 are made each year.
Scholarship awards will be made to:
1. Larimer County students who are less able than others to pursue a standard course of study for scholarships or training; this includes students who may have a disability or a special need.
OR
2. Larimer County students who would benefit from training in art, writing, music, or visual arts.
Preference will be given to students in the Estes Park area.
Submission: Please write an essay (500 word maximum) that will help the committee learn about you (your dreams, goals, talents, and experiences) and why you think you should receive this scholarship. Please do not include your name in your response.
