Who Can Apply:
- As high school graduates assess their future plans, college is often always a part of the discussion. The benefits of college offer students access to more diverse professions as well as higher income. It is an opportunity for individuals to better themselves and advance their aspirations.
- Unfortunately, as the cost of college rises dramatically in comparison to the average household income, many low-income students are discouraged from pursuing higher education. It has led to a disparity as those from more affluent backgrounds are fortunate enough to excel their education.
- This disparity calls for more encouragement and support for youth to obtain a postsecondary degree. In honor of Cleadieais and Dianna, this scholarship will support low-income high school students from South Carolina that are driven to succeed and grow using their education.
