Who Can Apply:
- Be a current college undergraduate in sophomore or junior year who will be enrolled in the 2025-26 academic year as a junior or senior
- Be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year
- Be a resident of or be attending school in one of the following states:
- Alaska
- Arizona
- California
- Idaho
- Washington
Submission:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
