Who Can Apply:
- Be a high school senior
- Be a legal United States (U.S.) citizen residing in Cook or other Chicagoland area counties*
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year
- Have an ACT composite score of 28 or greater, or SAT composite score of 1300 or greater
*Eligible Chicagoland area counties are:
Illinois: Boone, Bureau, Carrol, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Jo-Davess, Kanakee, Kane, Kendal, Lake, LaSalle, Lee, Livingston, McHenry, Ogle, Putman, Stephenson, Will, Winnebago.
Indiana: Jasper, La Porte, Lake, Newton, Porter, Pulaski, Starke.
Wisconsin: Columbia, Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland, Rock, Sauk.
Submission:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken
- A copy of your SAT or ACT test scores
- Two (2) letters of recommendation
