Who Can Apply:
- Must be a United States citizen, permanent resident, or studying in legal visa status, and
- Be currently enrolled as a student in good standing or has been accepted to a California graduate school Master’s program, and
- Have a minimum Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and Graduate School GPA of 3.0 (if available), and
- Is studying in the fields of either Political Science or Public Policy with relevant and identifiable focus on the transportation industry. Potential examples of study could include such fields as:
- Urban Transportation Planning and Management
- Institutional and Policy Issues in Transportation
- Transportation and the Environment
- Policy Analysis
- Public Policy Formulation and Implementation
- Fundraising, Measures and Ballots
- Politics
- Infrastructure Funding
