Who Can Apply:
- Cynthia Browne Vino was a beloved eldest daughter, athlete, and teacher who left behind a wonderful legacy of community impact. Teaching young people how to swim and to be safe while enjoying all that water can offer was a lifelong commitment and passion for her.
- Cynthia became involved with synchronized swimming early in her life, going on to compete before becoming a lifeguard and swimming teacher. Cindy was also a self-taught sailor. One of her proudest accomplishments was becoming a head teacher for students with special needs, devoting herself to their growth. Cindy was dedicated to helping young people reach their athletic and academic potential and become active, caring community members.
