Who Can Apply: Provided by contributions made to the Iowa 4-H Foundation in memory of Darla Merwald, 4-H Alumni and 4-H Horse Superintendent at the Iowa State Fair, this scholarship will be awarded an applicant who is an outstanding 4 H horse and pony project participant who advocates for the horse industry. Recipients will be incoming freshmen in any high education institution pursuing any field of study.
