- Dr. Reece taught in prisons, inner-city schools, and online to help struggling students to graduate. Wherever she saw an educational need, she went. As a single mother, she worked multiple jobs to earn an advanced degree. Dr. Reece is a lifelong learner who is passionate about using her education to encourage others to pursue their dreams.
- This scholarship aims to continue Dr. Reece’s legacy by supporting students who are passionate about educating the next generation. Any low-income undergraduate or graduate student pursuing teaching or education may apply for this scholarship.
