Who Can Apply: This scholarship was established in memory of Brad Mirande, a student who benefited greatly from the Vocational Industrial Arts program at El Dorado High School. To honor Brad, one-time scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded to students pursuing a “hands-on” career via a vocational, trade, or technical school.
