- Overcoming systemic challenges and discovering your personal identity often builds an unparalleled sense of grit, empathy, and problem-solving skills. True leadership occurs when these lived experiences are channeled directly into your passions to challenge the status quo. The power of your authentic self is your signature in the world we live in.
- This scholarship seeks to support LGBTQ+ students who have faced community barriers and are pursuing higher education.
- Any LGBTQ+ high school senior, undergraduate or graduate student in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont who has volunteering, tutoring, non-profit or other relevant experience may apply for this scholarship.
- Committees will look for authenticity in discussing past experiences, a clear pivot showing personal growth, and a distinct, mature vision of how the applicant’s unique lens will directly impact the future of their industry.
