- Alaska Resident
- Graduating High School seniors planning to pursue a 4 year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar
- Applicants must be enrolled/planning to enroll full-time in a 4-year Alaska based degree program
- Applicant should demonstrate academic motivation and success
- Applicant must have demonstrated financial need
- Applicant should demonstrate leadership qualities, evidenced through extracurricular and community involvement and letters of recommendation.
