Who Can Apply: This scholarship was established by Emma C. Browning for students who are graduating or have graduated from High School in the following Texas Counties: Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Comanche, Eastland, Erath, Hamilton, Shackleford and Stephens. Scholarships are given based on financial need and students attributes, ambitions, and talents. Applicants must plan on attending technical, vocational, trade school, ECHS program, junior college, college, or university next semester.
