- Olandria Carthen is a first-generation college graduate, a Tuskegee University HBCU alum, a savvy businesswoman, and a mentor and inspiration to Black women across the world.
- Education is the cornerstone of opportunity, and every individual, regardless of socioeconomic status or background, deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed. Marginalized African American communities often face systemic barriers to educational access. The resulting financial obstacles prevent so many bright students from pursuing their academic goals, exploring their passions, and realizing their full potential.

Submission: To apply, tell us about a problem you would solve if you could build a company to improve life for today’s youth and how you would put your plan into motion.
