Who Can Apply: Applicants must:
- Be a graduate of a high school in the CBCF seven county area with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale (or 84% on a 100% scale)
- Be enrolled full-time at any accredited college or university in the United States
- Students must have attended Faye Webb Elementary School for two years
