Edward T. Conroy Memorial Grant

Other Descriptors: Deceased, 100% Disabled, POW.
Other Comments: This award is available to children of deceased or 100% disabled U.S. Armed Forces personnel, to Maryland residents who were Vietnam-era POWs, and to state and local public safety personnel who are 100% disabled. Surviving spouses and children of safety personnel are also eligible. Additionally you are eligible to apply if you are the son, daughter or surviving of a victim of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks who died as a result of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, the attack on the Pentagon in Virginia, or the crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in Pennsylvania.

Firefighter, Ambulance and Rescue Squad Member Tuition Reimbursement Program

House of Delegates Scholarships

Citizenship: United States, US Permanent Resident

Other Comments: If your delegates make their own awards, you should call or write them for further instructions. The Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) can provide a list of all State legislators. Some delegates ask OSFA to make awards for them. These awards are made on the basis of need as demonstrated on the FAFSA. Funds are available to students who live in a district where a member of the House of Delegates resides. Applicants must plan to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree in any accredited institution nationwide.
